Plan Eligibility: Employees who work a minimum of 1,000 hours per year and
are at least 21 years of age are eligible for retirement benefits.
- 401(k) Plan. Employees may defer a percent of their salary, and INTRUST will
match a percent of the employee's contribution, based on length of service. Employees
participating in the 401(k) plan may also be eligible to receive an additional match,
depending on INTRUST's financial performance. Employees with a former qualified
401(k) plan may be able to roll over those funds immediately following employment.
- Pension Plan. No contribution from the employee is required for this defined
benefit plan that provides employees a pension determined by salary and years of
service.
