Making Payments


When do I start mailing my payments to Elan instead of INTRUST Bank?

All credit card payments should now be made to Elan.

How can I make payments to my new credit card account?

Through November 15:
  • U.S. Mail: Remit your payment using the coupon and envelope in your monthly statement.
Beginning Nov 16, you can also use the following payment methods:
  • Online Pay: Visit MyAccountAccess.com to enroll in Online Account Access, navigate to Manage Payments, and Make a Payment.
  • Auto Pay: Enroll at MyAccountAccess.com and select the Payments tab to enroll in Auto Pay.
  • Phone Pay: Single payments can be made with a touch-tone phone. Call Cardmember Service for assistance in setting up your Phone Pay Account.
  • With a Customer Service Rep: Contact Cardmember Service to make a payment with a customer service rep. A $10 fee may apply.
If you make payments through INTRUST Online Bill Pay or a third-party online bill pay service, update your credit card account information and change your payee to Elan Financial Services.

I have my credit card payment automatically deducted from my checking account each month. Do I need to do anything?

Starting November 16, you may set up automatic payments through MyAccountAccess.com or by calling Cardmember Service. Please send in your first payment by mail.



Actions You May Need to Take


When can I start using my new credit card?

As soon as you receive your new credit card, follow the instructions on the card to activate it. Destroy your old credit card as soon as you have activated your new one. It is important that you activate your new card immediately and start using it because your old card will stop working on November 10.
Business Accounts: You do not need to activate your card. You can begin using it immediately.

I have automatic charges that occur on my credit card account each month. Do I need to update my billing information with those merchants?

Yes – if you have automatic billing to your credit card for utilities, cable, iTunes, Netflix, Amazon, gym memberships or other recurring payments, be sure to update your billing information either online or by phone with the merchant. Any payments that you have set up through your existing INTRUST Bank credit card will be cancelled after November 10.

Will I be able to manage my credit card account through Personal Online Banking?

No, you will not be able to access your credit card through Personal Online Banking. You can enroll in Credit Card Account Access at MyAccountAccess.com. Here, you can view your balance, transactions and statements, make payments, and set up alerts.

Will I be able to access my credit card account through Credit Card Online?

No, you will not be able to access your credit card through Credit Card Online. You can enroll in Credit Card Account Access at MyAccountAccess.com. Here, you can view your balance, transactions and statements, make payments, and set up alerts.
Business Accounts: You will no longer be able to access your credit card through Credit Card Online or Corporate Credit Card Online. You will use MyAccountAccess.com to manage your account.

Do I need to set-up alerts on my new card?

Yes, once you activate your new card, you will need to set up alerts for your new card by going online to MyAccountAccess.com or by calling Cardmember Service. There are numerous account management alerts and fraud alerts to choose from.

Will my INTRUST Bank travel notifications transfer to my new card?

No, you will need to set up travel notifications for this card by calling Cardmember Service or on the mobile app on your smartphone or tablet.



Rewards


Will there be any change to my current rewards?

Rewards points will move to your new account and your earnings rate will not change (i.e. one point for every dollar). You will still be able to redeem for cash, merchandise and travel.
Business Accounts: Your Rewards points will move to your new account and you will be enrolled in a new rewards program. You will receive more information in late September.

What happens to the Reward Points balance on my current card?

Any rewards balance will automatically transfer to your new account and will appear on your first new statement.



Account Servicing


Why is my account changing?

INTRUST Bank has entered into a new partnership with Elan Financial Services to issue, service and market credit cards. INTRUST customers benefit by having access to increased card features and benefits, valuable reward programs, real-time fraud alerts, 24/7 live customer service, and robust mobile and online servicing.

When will I be receiving my new card?

Your new card should have been mailed to you by October 28. Please contact Cardmember Service if you have not received your new card by November 8.

Will my credit card account number change?

Yes, you will receive a new account number and expiration date. If you have automatic charges occurring to your existing INTRUST Bank credit card, you will need to notify your service providers of your new card's account number and expiration date.

Will my interest rate change?

No, your current rates and terms will transfer to your new account.

Will my credit limit change?

No, you will have the same credit limit on your new credit card.

Will my payment due date change?

Every effort is being made to keep your payment due date the same, however, it may change slightly. If you wish to select a new payment due date, you may contact Cardmember Service once you receive your first statement.

Will my new credit card affect my credit history or score?

No, the transition to your new credit card will not affect your credit history or score. It will report under Elan Financial Services instead of INTRUST Bank.

Will my college or affiliate still benefit from me using the card?

Yes, they will continue to benefit.

Will my card continue to have chip technology?

Yes, it will have EMV chip functionality and security safeguards.

Will my card design change?

Our INTRUST Bank card designs are being refreshed. College and other affiliate designs will be similar to what they are today.
Business Accounts: Our INTRUST Bank card designs are being refreshed. College and other affiliate designs will be updated to a new design. If your company’s card design previously included your logo, your new card will be the standard INTRUST Bank card design.

When will I be able to view my credit card balance once I activate my new card?

Your existing balance will transfer to your new account on November 16.

Will I still receive my $2 Select Checking credit for having an INTRUST credit card?

Yes, you will continue to receive the credit.



Statement and Transaction


Will I be able to view all of my past statements and transactions?

Initially, you will be able to view transactions from your current statement cycle through your new cards online at MyAccountAccess.com. Ongoing, you will be able to view the last 60 days of transactions and up to 18 months of statements through MyAccountAccess.com.

How will my Annual Activity Summary display at the end of 2016?

The Annual Activity Summary will not be complete the first year. Moving forward, you’ll be able to access your Activity Summary online on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
