At the close of business on Friday, November 30, 2018, subject to regulatory approval, Millennium Bank in Junction City will become part of INTRUST Bank. Even though the building’s signs will change, the same friendly employees you’ve come to know plus some new ones are ready to assist you. We plan to make your transition to INTRUST as simple and convenient as possible.

Here are some important dates

  • Tuesday, November 13 - Your INTRUST Bank Visa® Debit Card is mailed to you.
  • Monday, November 19 - New checks for your personal accounts are mailed to you.
  • Friday, November 30 - Stop using your Millennium Bank debit card and begin using your INTRUST debit card at 8 a.m. on this day. You may also begin using your new INTRUST checks.
  • Saturday, December 1 - Both INTRUST Junction City locations will be closed.
  • Monday, December 3 - INTRUST opens at 121 N Washington St.

Will business hours change?

All hours will remain the same, with the exception of Saturday’s drive-up hours which will move from 8 a.m. to noon to 9 a.m. to noon.

Will phone numbers change?

The main number for 121 N. Washington St. will be 785-762-8700 beginning December 3. However, the Millennium Bank main number of 785-761-2265 will continue to ring through the main number.

Will I be able to use my call-in password with INTRUST Bank?

The call-in password will no longer be used. INTRUST will verify your identity with questions you should be able to answer.

Will my account number change?

All account numbers (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, loans) will remain the same. The routing number is changing to 101100029.

What will the new routing number be?

The routing number is 101100029.

How will I receive my upcoming statements?

You will receive a final statement for your Millennium account within 7 – 10 days following November 30. This statement will contain the account transactions, interest payments (if applicable) and any fees that have occurred since the prior statement.

Your first INTRUST statement will reflect transactions, interest payments (if applicable) and any fees that have occurred since December 1. The day your statement cuts with INTRUST may vary from the date it cut with Millennium.

Is there anything I need to do if I have automatic payments for bills set up through my debit card or checking account?

Yes, you will need to notify the companies you have automatic payments set up with. They will need to know your account number and routing number (101100029). If your automatic payments are through your debit card, the company will need to know your new card number and expiration date.

I have direct deposit, will I need to notify my employer or the government about the change?

Yes, you will need to notify your employer, the government or any other entity that is direct depositing funds into your account. They will need to know your account number and routing number (101100029).

I currently have automatic transfers set up between my accounts, will they continue?

Yes, your automatic transfers will continue.

Will there be a change to automatic payments?

If you have your loan or safe deposit box payment automatically deducted from a Millennium Bank checking, savings or money market account, payments will continue to be made in this manner, without interruption.

If you have your loan payment automatically deducted from another institutions account, you will need to notify them that the routing number has changed to 101100029.

Will the Maintenance Transfer of Funds program continue?

The Maintenance Transfer of Funds program will not continue after the close of business November 30. Overdraft Protection is a comparable service which links your checking account to an INTRUST savings, money market or other checking account and may be less expensive than our standard overdraft services. Bounce Blocker, our standard overdraft service, may be provided on accounts and pay items that will overdraw the account. If you have a personal checking account, you will receive a separate mailing in early December regarding overdraft protection services.

Will access to ATMs be limited during the conversion?

ATMs will be out of service intermittently beginning on November 12. Visit any of our ATM locations:

  • 121 N Washington St.
  • 751 Southwind (Ash & Hwy 77)
  • 126 E Flint Hills Blvd, Grand View Plaza

Beginning November 12, you will also be able to use any of the INTRUST Bank ATMs without a fee:

  • 521 E. Chestnut
  • 904 W. 6th St.

Information regarding the Millennium Bank ATMs converting to INTRUST Bank ATMs prior to November 30.

Beginning the week of November 12 through December 1, the three Millennium Bank ATMs will convert to INTRUST Bank ATMs. Transaction fees will not be charged to Millennium Bank customers at these ATMs or any INTRUST Bank ATM beginning November 12.

Will fees change at conversion?

Yes, personal and business account fees will change. Please refer to the INTRUST Personal Accounts Fee Schedule and INTRUST Business Accounts Fee Schedule for details.

Why the increase in overdraft/NSF fee from $25 to $35?

This is the most notable change in fees. You were provided a 30 day notice through the conversion letter which included the Personal or Business Account Fee Schedules. INTRUST offers Overdraft Protection which links your checking account to an INTRUST savings, money market or other checking account. You will receive a separate mailing regarding overdraft protection services the week of December 3.

Will my loan account number change?

Existing loans will transfer to INTRUST Bank and the loan account numbers will not change. A note number of “1” will be assigned to all converted loans.

How do I make my loan payments?

INTRUST will send you a new coupon book, unless you make payments automatically through your Millennium Bank checking account. Check payments should be made payable to INTRUST Bank beginning December 3 and mailed to P.O. Box 3668. Wichita, KS 67201 or brought into the banking center. Online, you can make a transfer from your INTRUST checking account to the loan. If you do not have an INTRUST checking account, you may make an online payment at intrustbank.com/loanpay.

Are credit cards going to move to INTRUST Bank?

No. However, Millennium Bank will be communicating to you regarding changes to your credit card account.

Will I receive my Safe Deposit Box rent due notice from Millennium Bank or INTRUST Bank?

Your Safe Deposit Box rent due notices will come from INTRUST Bank. It may be delayed, however, we will extend the payment due date.

Can I continue to purchase money orders?

No, money orders will no longer be available.

For personal account holders only

Will I receive a new debit card?

Yes, you will receive a new card in the mail mid-November. The card number will be different from what you have today. When you receive your card, call to activate it and select your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Stop using your Millennium Bank card and begin using your INTRUST Bank card at 8 a.m. on Friday, November 30.

Will I receive new checks? What should I do with my old checks?

A complimentary supply of checks will be mailed on November 19 and arrive within 7 – 10 days. Please stop using your Millennium Bank checks on November 29, and begin using your new INTRUST checks on November 30. Bring your existing supply of Millennium Bank checks to the banking center and we’ll shred them.

Will the existing online banking system/App change? How do I access online banking at INTRUST?

Millennium Bank online banking and mobile application will be available for inquiry only to check balances and transactions. Bill payments and transfers that are scheduled for November 28 and after will not process. Bill payments need to be paid by check and mailed in enough time to meet the due date. You can contact Millennium Bank at 785-761-2265 to process a transfer for you. Access to Millennium Bank online banking will stop at 10 a.m. on December 3.

Current personal online banking users were mailed a letter on November 13. They were provided with a temporary password and instruction on how to log in to INTRUST Bank Personal Online Banking.

For business account holders only

Will I receive a new debit card?

Yes, you will receive a new card in the mail mid-November and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) will arrive separately a few days later. The card number will be different from what you have today. Your card will be active, you do not need to call to activate. Stop using your Millennium Bank card and begin using your INTRUST Bank card at 8 a.m. on Friday, November 30.

Will I receive new checks?

To ensure you receive your new checks with the correct routing and account numbers, please come in after December 3, and we will place your first INTRUST Bank checking supply order with Deluxe® free of charge. You will be able to continue to use your Millennium Bank checks until your new order arrives. If you do not order your checks through the bank, you will need to place a new order with your vendor. If you use a check printing system, remember to update your software.

Will the existing online banking system/App change? How do I access online banking at INTRUST?

Bill payments and transfers that were scheduled for November 28 and after will not process. Bill payments need to be paid by check and mailed in enough time to meet the due date. You can call Millennium Bank at 785-761-2265 to process a transfer for you.

Beginning November 28, Millennium Bank online banking and mobile application will be available for inquiry only to check balances and transactions. Access to Millennium Bank online banking will stop at 10:00 a.m. on December 3.

Current business customer that use online banking were mailed a letter on November 9, regarding how enroll and complete an agreement to gain access to INTRUST Bank Business Online Banking. Please contact Treasury Services at 800-905-6630.

Will anything change with my Merchant Services deposits?

You will not see any interruption to your merchant services deposits.
