Text notification opt-in message

On Thursday, November 17, 2022, due to a compliance mandate, the phone number from which INTRUST Bank SMS text notifications are sent will change from a 5-digit short code to a new toll-free number.

On or after this date, any INTRUST Bank customer who registers to receive text notifications from us will receive a text from the new number with the following message:

“INTRUST Bank: Previously you opted-in to notifications, reply YES to continue receiving messages. Msg&Data rates may apply. Text STOP to cancel.”

This opt-in is not for promotional marketing messages. Text notifications from INTRUST include online banking notifications, transaction alerts, two-factor authentication, and other account-related notices.

  • Reply YES: If you wish to receive INTRUST text notifications, such as online banking alerts.
  • Reply STOP: You will be opted out, and you will not receive account-related text notifications.
