INTRUST Business Online Banking is a free service that comes included with your INTRUST business accounts. However, you can expand the basic version to include more digital financial tools typically used by larger companies, for which fees may apply. See our Business Accounts Fee Schedule for details.

By default, business online banking gives you the ability to view balances and recent transactions, as well as search through transactions using criteria you set. By adding Reporting, you add the ability to create custom balance and transaction report criteria that you can save for later and run at your convenience.
Quickly and securely deposit paper checks electronically. We provide a dedicated scanner, which is then connected to a computer with internet access. Through a secure connection on our web-based platform, the scanner captures images of checks and transmits the deposits to INTRUST electronically. Please note, this is not required to use the check deposit feature of our business mobile banking app.
Upon completing this form, we will prepare your customized, comprehensive enrollment packet, which is necessary to complete your enrollment. If additional information about your or your business is needed, online support representatives will contact you.
If the initial enrollment form provides us with all of the required information, your enrollment packet will be sent via DocuSign by INTRUST within the next 48 business hours. DocuSign will allow you to electronically sign all documents in a secure, paperless online environment.
If you wish to receive the enrollment form via mail, please 3-5 business days for delivery. Once the contract is signed and returned to us, we’ll process the enrollment and you’ll receive your login credentials within 2 business days.
