Is there a fee for using online and mobile banking?
No, online and mobile banking is a free service included with your INTRUST accounts.
Which accounts can I manage using online and mobile banking?
You can view and manage your personal INTRUST checking, savings, money market, HSA, IRA, and time deposit (CD) accounts, as well as your personal loans. You can also view your INTRUST credit card balances. To fully manage your INTRUST credit card issued by Elan Financial Services through My Account Access.
May I use INTRUST Personal Online and Mobile Banking to manage my business accounts?
No. INTRUST offers business online and mobile banking services to manage your business accounts.
What do I do if I forget my username or password?
Visit our account recovery page to regain access to online and mobile banking. You will need your full Social Security number as well as the full account number for one of your INTRUST Bank accounts. If you need additional assistance, please contact us.
Can I order checks through online and mobile banking?
Yes. Log in to online or mobile banking, select one of your checking accounts, and then select Reorder checks.
Which account(s) can I use to pay bills?
Pay your bills from any INTRUST checking account.
