Dustin is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) who helps individuals create financial strategies that reflect their values and priorities. With more than two decades of experience in financial services, and a foundation in education and coaching, he helps turn resources into practical plans.
Before entering the financial industry, Dustin spent six years as a high school teacher and has more than 10 years of coaching experience. That background shapes his style today. He listens carefully, explains concepts in a straightforward way, and helps clients understand their options so the plan feels manageable and personal, not overwhelming. He is especially energized by the long-term relationships he builds and the trust that grows over time.
An alumnus of Pittsburg State University, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in Biology. Outside of work, Dustin serves on the board of Emberhope Youthville, a nonprofit dedicated to serving children, teens, and families in crisis, and enjoys golfing, hiking, traveling, and spending time with his wife Robyn, and their two children, Max and Grace.
