Matthew Broderick, CTFA

Client Advisor

Matthew works with individuals and families when their financial lives become complex or difficult to navigate alone. He brings structure to what can feel overwhelming, organizing a client's full picture into clear options and the decisions that matter most. As a single point of coordination, he works closely with each client's CPA, attorney, and other professionals to ensure strategies are aligned and executed efficiently.

Before joining INTRUST, Matthew spent over a decade in insurance, contractual indemnity, and risk management. That experience shaped his ability to evaluate risk and guide clients through consequential decisions. He earned an associate degree in Liberal Arts from Cowley County Community College and a bachelor’s degree in general studies with an emphasis in Economics from the University of Kansas. He holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation and has been active in the Wichita Estate Planning Council for over five years.

Matthew serves as President of the local Arts Council board and is active in the Downtown Rotary Club. A music and art enthusiast, he enjoys First Friday gallery openings and Wichita's performing arts scene. He stays active running and coaching youth sports. He and his wife, Dena, have been married since 2006. They keep busy with their four kids in the Andover school system. He shares his name with the actor from Ferris Bueller's Day Off, which may explain why one of his favorite places on Earth is the Art Institute of Chicago.
