Michele Ballard

Michele works closely with premier clients to bring clarity to everyday banking decisions while helping them connect those choices to long‑term wealth and retirement goals. She leads and mentors the Premier Banking team. She is known for her steady leadership, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to coach others through complex client situations.

A lifelong INTRUST employee, Michele began her career with the bank before graduating college. She started as a teller and went on to manage banking centers for 18 years before transitioning into business development, where she worked more closely with clients one‑on‑one. In 2018, she joined INTRUST Wealth as an advisor supporting premier banking clients. This experience across multiple areas of the bank gives her a well‑rounded perspective and deep understanding of client needs.

Michele earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wichita State University, with a minor in marketing and accounting. She also holds a Kansas real estate license and owns multiple rental properties, experience that provides practical insight for clients considering real estate as part of their broader financial picture.

Michele is a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Wichita and enjoys creative projects, exploring new places, and organizing family adventures. She is married to her husband Bryan and is a devoted dog mom to Penelope, an English bulldog.
