INTRUST Bank Begins Rebuild of Topeka Banking Center

At INTRUST Bank, we’ve begun construction on a full rebuild of our Topeka banking center, reinforcing our long‑standing commitment to the community and the customers we’ve served for decades.

“Topeka is an important community to INTRUST, and this rebuild reflects our long-term commitment to serving customers here,” said Beth Easter, Market President. “People come downtown to work, meet, and get things done, and a banking center should fit naturally into that rhythm.”

A long-term investment in Topeka

We have served Topeka since 1999, and the city continues to evolve through redevelopment and new business activity that is helping strengthen the downtown core.

This rebuild aligns with that progress by ensuring our downtown presence is built for modern banking and enhanced customer experience, positioned to serve Topeka for the long term.

Once complete, the rebuilt banking center will feature an updated layout and improved amenities, allowing our employees to continue to provide the reliable, high‑touch service our customers expect.

Temporary location changes

We will transition banking center operations to temporary locations beginning May 4.

On-site office

Teller services such as check cashing, deposits, and withdrawals will be offered from a temporary building in the parking lot. Business hours will remain the same. The on-site office will include:

  • Single-lane drive-thru
  • Drive-up ATM
  • Night drop (for business customers)

Due to space constraints, lobby service will be temporarily unavailable during construction.

Satellite office

For additional needs or commercial banking services, a satellite office will be available by appointment at 719 S. Kansas Ave., Ste. 201 (second floor). Call (785) 431-5300 to schedule.

The satellite office cannot support cash transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, or check cashing.

Construction is expected to take place throughout the year, with completion anticipated in early 2027. At that time, all operations will transition into the newly built banking center.
