When should I use the Loan Payment Center?

The Loan Payment Center is a convenient option when you don’t have an INTRUST personal checking or savings account. If you have an INTRUST checking or savings account, the easiest payment option is through personal online or mobile banking. Enroll online or through the mobile app and set up recurring or one-time transfers from your checking or savings account to your loan to make a payment.

When will my payment post?

Payments received before 7:45 p.m. CT will post to your loan the same day.

Can I pay off my loan in the Loan Payment Center?

Please call customer service at 800-895-2265 to obtain the current payoff amount, as the balance presented in the Loan Payment Center is not the payoff balance. You can then pay by mailing a check, calling customer service or visit the Loan Payment Center, where you will input the payoff amount into Other Amount by the date your payoff is effective. Please note, payments received before 7:45 p.m. CT will post to your loan the same business day.
