On May 15, 2020, the SBA and the Treasury released the application and instruction that borrowers must complete in order to have their Paycheck Protection Program loan forgiven.

The U.S. Department of the Treasury Paycheck Protection Program provides economic relief for small businesses with 500 or fewer employees. As an SBA Preferred Partner, we are committed to helping guide you through the application process.

Please take the below steps to complete your application and submit it to us through our secure email portal.

Gather required documents

For Business Entities (Corp/LLC/etc.)

  • If franchise — Franchise Agreement and SBA Franchise Addendum may be required
