The U.S. Department of the Treasury Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) has provided essential relief to American businesses in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. We encourage PPP borrowers applying for loan forgiveness to review the below information prior to preparing your application.

PPP Forgiveness Requests

For businesses who have already received a Paycheck Protection Program loan.

Please note: All PPP borrowers have the life of the loan to submit a forgiveness request, and while the SBA will start accepting forgiveness applications on August 10, 2020, pending legislation may significantly simplify forgiveness applications for loans less than $150,000. All borrowers will receive direct communication from INTRUST with final instruction and the following loan specific information when this information is made available.

  • SBA PPP Loan Number
  • Lender PPP Loan Number
  • PPP Loan Amount
  • PPP Disbursement Date

Forgiveness Applications

Please note: Per SBA guidelines, INTRUST Bank will issue a decision on forgiveness requests within 60 days of receipt of a complete forgiveness application. The SBA then has an additional 90 days to review the application and remit the forgiveness amount to the Bank. You will receive an email when INTRUST has submitted a decision to the SBA, and again when the SBA has made payment to the Bank.

SBA 3508EZ Application: for self-employed and have no employees; or did not reduce salaries or wages by 25%.
SBA 3508 Application: all other PPP borrowers not eligible to file 3508EZ.
